Be positive!

Abbiamo dato il benvenuto al nuovo anno con la nostra lista di buoni propositi e obiettivi da raggiungere. 

Ma...Cosa ci aspettiamo di ottenere nei prossimi mesi?

 A volte sembra che più ci fissiamo  nella mente i traguardi da raggiungere più questi sembrano allontanarsi, e così l'entusiasmo e le nostre energie. Io penso che la felicità non sia un trofeo da conquistare, ma possiamo catturarla nelle piccole cose. Come? Imparando dai bambini: incantandoci e perdendoci altrove, non seguendo troppo le lancette dell'orologio, seguendo la nostra curiosità...

Riporto la ricetta della felicità del surfista, che ho trovato scritta su una lavagna in un bar:

1- Sei fantastica

2- Credi in te stessa

3- Segui le tue passioni

4- Trova il coraggio

5- Ascolta di più di quanto parli

6- Impara qualcosa di nuovo ogni singolo giorno

7- Segui i tuoi sogni, ma tieni i piedi per terra

8- Balla come se nessuno ti guardasse

9- Rischia

10- Quando sei in dubbio, sii forte e agisci ancora di più

11- Viaggia in posti sconosciuti

12- Supporta la crescita e il successo degli altri

13- Sorridi agli stranieri, ridi a te stesso, non prenderti sempre sul serio

14- Sii appasionato di ciò che fai

15- Trasforma in realtà i tuoi sogni

16- Sii entusiasta della vita

We welcomed the new year with our list of goals.

But ... What we expect to achieve in the coming months?

  Sometimes it seems that the more we stare in mind the goals to be achieved the more they move away, and so the enthusiasm and our energy. 

I think that happiness is not a trophy to be won, but we can capture it in the little things. 

How? Learning from children: loosing ourselves elsewhere,  not following too much the clock, discovering our curiosity ...

Here is the recipe for happiness of the Surfer, which I found written on a blackboard in a bar:

3 - Follow your passions

4 - Find the courage

5 - Listen more than you talk

6 - Learn something new every single day

7 - Follow your dreams, but keep your feet on the ground

8 - Dance like nobody looked at you

12 - Support the growth and success of others

13 - Smile to strangers, laugh at yourself, do not always take seriously
