Mercadillo Hippy Ibiza

Living Ibiza means embracing a philosophy of life of love of nature, discovering the community of hippies who first settled in this wonderful place. A must-visit of my trip was the hippy market, where designers from all over the world come to do research, which takes place on Saturday, and on summer evenings on Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays. Colors, music, scents ... shopping is an experience that involves all the senses!

Vivere Ibiza significa anche abbracciare una filosofia di vita di  amore per la natura scoprendo le comunità di hippies che per primi si insediarono in questo posto meraviglioso. Una tappa imperdibile del mio viaggio è stato il mercatino hippy, dove designers di tutto il mondo si recano per fare ricerca, che si tiene nella giornata di sabato, e nelle sere d'estate di domenica, lunedì e martedì. Colori, musica, profumi...fare shopping è un'esperienza che coinvolge tutti i sensi!   

Shopping madness at Sluiz Ibiza

A holiday isn't a holiday until you've had a good shopping spree, so I head to Sluiz to complete my mission.Sluiz is the most exciting shop in Ibiza, a beautiful place selling clothes, furniture, candles, and also a restaurant: an great inspiration for me!

Una vacanza non è una vacanza fino a quando non hai una buona dose di shopping, così mi sono diretta da Sluiz per completare la mia missione. Sluiz è il negozio più eccitante di Ibiza, un bel posto che vende vestiti, mobili, candele e che è anche un ristorante: una grande ispirazione per me!

The first to propose the line balloon was the Spanish couturier Cristobal Balenciaga, also known as the "Picasso of fashion," followed by many designers such as Valentino, Hubert de Givenchy and Yves Saint Laurent.This is a sophisticated style, revival of the years' 50, but also playful that brings into fashion the balloon that has always been considered as the soul of the party.

Il primo a proporre la linea a palloncino fu il couturier spagnolo Cristobal Balenciaga, conosciuto anche come il "Picasso della moda", seguito da numerosi stilisti come Valentino, Hubert de Givenchy e Yves Saint Laurent.E' uno stile sofisticato, revival degli anni '50,ma anche giocoso che porta nella moda il palloncino considerato da sempre come l'anima della festa.

Vitamin Colors

The bright colors of the fruit give joy just looking at them. There is a place in the city of Ibiza where it seems it is always summer and the smiles of managers create a homely atmosphere. "Es tap nou" in Carrer Madrid is a fruit shop and café together, so that you can enjoy delicious vitamin-rich juices in tables between shelves of pineapple and banana. It's absolutely a place to go!

I colori accesi della frutta danno allegria solo a guardarli. C'è un locale nel paese di Ibiza in cui sembra sia sempre estate e i sorrisi dei gestori creano un calore familiare. "Es tap nou" in Carrer Madrid è una frutteria e caffetteria insieme, così che si possono gustare buonissimi succhi vitaminici in tavolini tra scaffali di ananas e banane. It's absolutely a place to go!

Acting painting on my espadrillas

What better place to wear the spanish typical shoes if not in Ibiza? In august I will be here, where I'll write my diary.

I will discover new trends, places and restaurants with the typical hippie mood of the island.

For this,I customized my shoes according to the technique of Action painting.

According to this technique, the color is dropped spontaneously, or launched on canvas, rather than spread with precision. How made the great artists Pollock or de Kooning!

Quale posto migliore per indossare le scarpe tipiche spagnole espadrilllas se non a Ibiza?

Agosto lo passerò in quest'isola magica, dove inizierò a scrivere il mio diario di viaggio. 

Andrò alla scoperta di nuove tendenze, luoghi e ristoranti con il mood hippy tipico delli'isola. 

Ho personalizzato le mie scarpe decorandole secondo la tecnica dell'Action Pianting, ovvero la pittura d'azione. 

Secondo questa tecnica, il colore viene fatto gocciolare spontaneamente, lanciato o macchiato su tele, invece che stenderlo con precisione. Come facevano i grandi artisti Pollock o de Kooning!
